1. Digital Products & Refund Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked.
After the 14-day window, we generally do not offer refunds for digital products once the product has been accessed or downloaded, as is standard for digital goods.
2. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests in the following specific cases:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the product that we cannot resolve.
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining time in a billing cycle after cancellation.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the permanent suspension of your account and access to our services.
We encourage you to reach out directly so we can resolve any issues fairly and quickly.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for an exceptional case, please contact us via email with your order details and the reason for the request.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a decision will be provided within 5-7 business days.
